Art paper Self-adhesive Material

Offset Paper

Specialty Textured Paper

Gold Aluminium Foil

Plastic Film Lamination
Label Lamination is a premium post-press finishing process where a thin, transparent plastic film—typically ranging from 12 to 25 microns (1.2 to 2.5 mils) in thickness—is permanently bonded to the printed label surface. This process creates an absolute physical barrier that significantly enhances both the durability and the aesthetic value of the label. We can do matte/glossy/soft-touth/hologram film lamination.
Varnishing
Varnishing is a highly efficient post-press finishing process where a clear liquid coating is applied over the printed surface and cured via UV light or hot air. This processing brings these benefits: hardcore ink protection, tailoring the aesthetic & visual appeal, ultimate processing efficiency, high cost-effectiveness & eco-friendliness. We do gloss/matte/spot UV/drip-off / reticulated varnish.
Foil Stamping
Hot Foil Stamping is a premium post-press finishing technique that utilizes heat, pressure, and a metal engraved die (typically brass, copper, or zinc) to permanently transfer a micro-thin layer of metallic or pigmented foil onto a self-adhesive substrate. Mostly we do hot foil stamping, commonly used materials are of gold/silver/rose/hologram color. We can also do cold foil stamping.
Embossing & Debossing
In the self-adhesive label industry, Embossing and Debossing are premium mechanical finishing techniques that transform a flat label into a three-dimensional masterpiece. Embossing: the design is pushed upward, raising it above the label surface. Debossing: the design is pressed downward, sinking it below the label surface. We do embossed and debossed effect on paper material adhesive labels and stickers.
Spot UV Coating
Spot UV Coating (also known as Spot UV Varnishing) is a premium post-press finishing process. It involves applying a high-gloss, liquid ultraviolet-curable protective polymer coating exclusively to specifically designated areas of the label (such as a brand logo, a product name, or an illustration), rather than covering the entire surface, creating a striking contrast that instantly elevates the visual and tactile value of the label.
Variable Data Printing
Variable Data Printing (VDP), refers to a process in the mass production of self-adhesive labels where completely independent, unique, and dynamic variable information can be printed onto every single label while maintaining identical background brand designs and graphics. We typically apply an additional layer of clear protective varnish or anti-scratch lamination film over the entire label surface, including the variable data zones.
